To do chromatography you will need a beaker, a couple of green leaves, some scissors, hot water, a tray, and isopropyl alcohol.
When your teacher lets you, two or three people in your group will go out to gather up green leaves. The first time I went out my group found some leaves, but they weren't green because we forgot I what Mrs D said to us. We went back and got green ones instead.
After we had finished Mrs D Put some isopropyl alcohol in the beaker with the leaves, she also came back with a long strip of filter paper. Mr NV came and put some boiling hot water in the tray that the beaker was in. Lily put the filter paper in the beaker, the colour of the copped up leaves had created up the filter paper separately. Mrs D took some close up photos of the filter paper and put it on the wall.
Thank you for choosing to publish your chromatography writing Poppy. You worked hard to revise and I think the finished product is very clear and easy to understand.
